Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Video Creator to join our team. This role focuses on producing engaging video content for our social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and current trends.

This position is open as temporary, permanent, part-time, or full-time depending on your availability. Hours are flexible, but candidates MUST HAVE SHIFT OVERLAP WITH US WORKING HOURS (EARLY MORNING US OR LATE AFTERNOON US). If opting for a full-time role, you will also take on additional responsibilities in Project Management and Administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Video Content Creation

• Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Develop creative concepts that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Optimize all video content for maximum platform engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into fresh content ideas.
• Produce a minimum of 30 videos per month to maintain a consistent content schedule per brand.
• Project Management & Admin Tasks (For Full-Time Applicants):
• Oversee video projects from concept through final delivery.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align content schedules and campaigns.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and executing team initiatives.
• Organize documentation, reports, and team communications.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align strategies.
• Provide regular updates on video performance metrics and audience engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in video creation, editing, and social media production. Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar). Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet content deadlines. REQUIRED: Availability to overlap working hours with US Early Mornings or US Late Afternoons.

This is a 100% remote position. You work from home; there is no travel to, and no relocation to, the United States at any point.

Pay is in US dollars and depends on the role and your experience; you name the figure you are looking for on the application form.
